Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will conduct its second and final back-to-school vaccination clinic on Tuesday, Aug. 16 from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts.

All students attending or registering to attend MISD are welcome. A current vaccine record or note from school stating missing vaccines is required. For more information about insurances accepted and vaccinations being offered, please download the flyer.

NOTE: Vaccinations will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis until supplies run out. Please view the Texas State Vaccine Requirements for Students K-12 or consult with your school nurse in regards to what vaccines are required for school.
