Congratulations to 8th grader, Ashtyn Decluette, for winning our school spelling bee! It was an exciting competition of Coble's Super Spellers. All of the participants did a wonderful job in the competition, but Ashtyn rose above them all after six rounds. She will go on to represent Coble MS at the District Spelling Bee on Friday, Feb. 3 at 9 a.m. at the Dr. Jim Vaszauskas Center for the Performing Arts.

The bee will be broadcasted live on MISDTV Productions for those who are unable to attend in person. Our district winner, announced on Feb. 3, will move onto the regional spelling bee later this spring.

Congratulations to all our participants, and thank you to our Coble counselors and volunteers from the Sunshine Rotary that helped make our Spelling Bee a success.
